Client Notice

It is with a very heavy and sad heart that we have come to the point where we unfortunately are going to have to start taking a non-refundable 50% deposit on all bookings.

Over the last week we have had two no shows and several last-minute cancellations that we have been unable to fill.

Our diary is always fully booked and we do have a waiting list but with no notice these clients have missed out.

As you can appreciate, we are a small business and these gaps in our diary have a major impact on our weekly takings, not only affecting our business but also our personal bills.

If appointments are missed or cancelled at last minute then the remainder of the balance will need to be paid as per our cancellation policy.

We appreciate that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Our text reminder goes out 24 hours prior to your treatment, so if you need to rearrange with notice there will be no charge.

We hope you all understand this drastic measure and we really don’t want to enforce it but unfortunately circumstances have meant we now have to.
