Please remember our gift vouchers are valid for use within 6 months from the date of issue. We cannot honour them after their expiry date.
Our gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please do not leave using your gift voucher to the last minute as we may not be able to accommodate an appointment before your expiry date as our diary gets booked up well in advance.

It is with a very heavy and sad heart that we have come to the point where we unfortunately are going to have to start taking a non-refundable 50% deposit on all bookings.
Over the last week we have had two no shows and several last-minute cancellations that we have been unable to fill.
Our diary is always fully booked and we do have a waiting list but with no notice these clients have missed out.
As you can appreciate, we are a small business and these gaps in our diary have a major impact on our weekly takings, not only affecting our business but also our personal bills.
If appointments are missed or cancelled at last minute then the remainder of the balance will need to be paid as per our cancellation policy.
We appreciate that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be changed. Our text reminder goes out 24 hours prior to your treatment, so if you need to rearrange with notice there will be no charge.
We hope you all understand this drastic measure and we really don’t want to enforce it but unfortunately circumstances have meant we now have to.
We appreciate all your loyal and continued support.

We have tried to hold off from posting this for as long as possible but due to rising costs, particularly energy costs, we regrettably need to increase our prices across our range of treatments from the 1st October 2022.
We appreciate that day to day costs are increasing for everyone, and people are feeling the effects of the cost of living crisis, including ourselves, but we hope that you understand that we have no choice but to make this tough decision.
We will continue to monitor the situation and should the government step in to help reduce energy costs then we will re-evaluate! As a small business, we’d just like to thank you all for your continued support, we really do appreciate it.
